Born and raised on Long Island, New York, in 2002 during a family vacation to Florida, Deborah and her family decided to relocate and live in beautiful Ponce Inlet for 15 years. After raising their sons in Ponce Inlet, Deborah and her husband finally moved to Palm Coast as her husband has been building houses there since 2006. She is now an expert in relocation and she is eager to help others make their own dream of living a vacation lifestyle become a reality. With a long career in sales and a true passion for the Real Estate industry, it was an easy decision for Deborah in 2012 to become a licensed REALTOR®. While she finds that an educated consumer is her best customer, Deborah is dedicated to offering her resources every step of the way for both pre – and post-sales. She takes great pride in using her expertise and resources to perfectly unite the perfect homes with buyers. To market a distinctive home requires uncommon knowledge and resources. She understands that a home, regardless of its price range, reflects the incalculable value of the life within.
Deborah is always ready with a Florida welcome for any new homeowner. 2020 offered a lot of challenges for the world, especially Realtors, yet Deborah had her most successful year with listings and sales volume’s totaling over $6.7 million in sales, which led to her winning the 2020 Top Gun Award from the women's council of Realtors® of the Daytona Beach area. She credits her success to her strong work ethic and loyal repeat clients and the network of friends and family they refer to her. She believes to market a distinctive home requires uncommon knowledge and resources. She understands that a home, regardless of its price range, reflects the incalculable value of the life within.
Upon moving to Florida, Deborah invested in property and ran a property management co. She also worked for property investors and as the administrative assistant for several real estate brokerage firms learning the business from every level. Deborah is a member of the Flagler County and Daytona Beach Area Association of REALTORS. Deborah graduated from the C.W. Post campus of Long Island University, with a BA in Communications and is the proud mother of two sons. In her free time, she enjoys entertaining, gardening, boating, and hiking with their beloved German Shepard “Isabella”. The combination of nature’s beauty and native wildlife, Deborah and her husband enjoy spending time exploring the north coast of Florida.
